Most orders will ship out within two to three (2-3) business days of ordering. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped.
Sometimes deliveries can be delayed through reasons beyond our control.
Once an order has left the Rad Polewear headquarters, it is in the care of the shipping company . We are not liable for any errors made by these services or for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
In case your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you as soon as we receive it to arrange redelivery. Please note that an additional postage fee will apply for redelivery, and any return fees charged by the courier will also be your responsibility. We want to assure you that RAD Polewear does not profit from these fees; they are applied directly by the courier.
Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we can process it as soon as your order arrives back at our warehouse. The refund will be processed minus the original shipping fee and any return-to-sender fees applied by the courier. If your order originally had free shipping, the shipping costs incurred by RAD Polewear will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that if the return to sender is due to an error made by the courier, you will not be responsible for any additional charges, and we will reship your items free of charge.
