As a company we sheerly prohibit and frown upon child-labor and any form of sweatshops in all parts of our production. As an integrate part of our company mentality, we promote human rights, fair wages and working hours.

Our brand is woman owned by Amalia Roussou and Evridiki Valavani and operated by a team of three including Areti, Alex and Nadia
It is important to us that, both businesses/manufacturing facilities are women owned and operated, that continue to grow and pass on from generation to generation.

As proud animal-lovers, in RAD we have the ability to bring our pets with us at the office. According to several researches bringing your pet with you at work, reduces anxiety and improves performance by 60%. We can all confirm that our mood elevates every time there’s a pup with us!
